Dr. Ephraim Nikoi 
Assistant Professor, Communication and Distance Learning
Courses: Communication Theory, Introduction to Human Communication, Intercultural Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Communication and Small Group Processes.
Scholarship and Outside Activities: My research interests include communication processes in organizations and their impact on their stakeholders. I also enjoy studying and working with people from diverse cultures with the goal of promoting cross cultural communication competency. Although my research agenda is varied, they are all tied to how communication fosters individual and community development. I enjoy working with student, community and development organizations.
