UW-Superior's Communicating Arts program offers a balance between practice and theory. Students can choose majors and concentrations that prepare them for careers in television, radio, video production, journalism, education and other fields. Internships and individualized capstone experiences provide students with strong academic backgrounds and practical portfolios to match.
Our active and respected Theatre program offers hands-on opportunities in performing, producing and directing along with technical work in set construction, sound and lighting. Theatre is offered through the university's Communicating Arts Department. Students majoring in Theatre can earn a bachelor's degree.
