University Video Production (UVP) is a co-curricular activity of the Department of Communicating Arts. UVP offers students the opportunity to learn and apply techniques of video production on a credit or non-credit basis. Each May, student productions are shown in the UVP sponsored UW-Superior Student Film and Video Showcase.

The Media Production Facilities consist of an equipment room with five high definition (HD) video camera packages, digital audio recorders, Lowel light kits, shotgun and lavaliere microphones, and a media lab with five editing suites running Adobe Creative Suite.
