Terri Kronzer joined the UW-Superior faculty in the summer of 2001, after 10 years in school human resources in which she specialized in employment and labor relations. For the four years just prior to joining the university, Ms. Kronzer was Director of Human Resources for Duluth Public Schools, providing leadership and coordination of district-wide human resources functions for 2500 school employees. Since joining the Educational Administration Department, Ms. Kronzer has also served as the campus Director of Human Resources and Affirmative Action Officer.

Ms. Kronzer has held memberships in American Association of School Personnel Administrators, Society for Human Resources Management, North American Association of Educational Negotiators, Minnesota Association of School Administrators, Wisconsin Association of School Personnel Administrators. She has served as consultant in the areas of school negotiations, human resource practices, employee evaluation, and superintendent searches and discrimination investigations.

Ms. Kronzer teaches Supervision of Instruction, School Human Resources, Diverse School Community Relations, Conflict Resolution and Mediation, Ethics, School Law, Leadership, Curriculum Management and Politics in Education. Her scholarly interests currently focus on personnel issues and diversity.
