Mock trial is an academic, forensic, competitive activity that teaches students who to analyze, present and defend a case to the trial court. UW-Superior is a member of the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) with more than 650 other university teams from around the nation. Students portray attorneys and witnesses to create a legal case.
The team is coached by Dr. Maria Cuzzo, Tracy Schramm, Mark Fruehauf and Julie Benfield.
The team next sees competition at the Hatting Memorial Tournament at St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis the third weekend in January.
