Walk/Run (Track)

The walk/run lab is designed to provide each student the opportunity to implement a cardiovascular exercise program, three days per week.  Each student will be required to develop a work out schedule, fitness goals and written assignments.  All students will understand their target heart rate zones and be able to utilize this information during and after a workout.
