Each year, UW-Superior, UMD and College of St. Scholastica select some of their top student musicians to perform a 5-minute selection in the annual Matinee Musicale Scholarship Recital.
This free concert includes 2 different performances - singers, pianists, percussion, string, woodwind and brass student musicians. Each student receives a $300 scholarship from Matinee Musicale in return for their performance.
Students representing UW-Superior this year are: Gabrielle Anderson, saxophone; Emily Borra, french horn; Cory Coffman, vibraphone; and Aaron Wainman, tenor.
