Chamber Orchestra performs 'English Music for Strings'
The UW-Superior Chamber Orchestra performs works by famed English composers when it presents "English Music for Strings" at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, in Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 820 Belknap St. in Superior.
The orchestra will perform excerpts from Henry Purcell's opera "Abelazer" as well as music by Ralph Vaughan Williams, Gerald Finzi, John Rutter and Peter Warlock.
Tickets: Adults - $5; Seniors and students - $3
