Admission requirements to professional programs varies, and your academic advisor will work closely with you to make sure that you take the appropriate classes to prepare yourself for admission to the school of your choice. Most programs require a year of general biology, inorganic and organic chemistry, physics, and mathematics. Our department also offers courses in anatomy and physiology, genetics, cell biology, medical terminology, microbiology, and immunology, which are recommended for some medical programs.
