Physics - Minor
UW-Superior offers a physics minor that provides students with a strong background in areas such as mechanics, electricity and magnetism, thermal physics, optics and quantum mechanics. This minor is a good complement to majors in chemistry, biology or mathematics.
The physics minor also offers an option that can be used to earn certification to teach high school physics. Students pursuing this option must also meet the professional educational requirements offered by UW-Superior's Teacher Education Department.
