Freshmen applicants who will/have graduated in the top ¼ of their high school class and have an ACT of at least 21 are invited to apply for a Foundation scholarship. Scholarships are awarded on a competitive basis, among this group. Award recipients usually have a strong high school curriculum and present an ACT score and/or class rank that is above these minimums.

Chancellor's Scholarship - four years, $3,000 per year
Provost's Scholarship - four years, $1,500 per year
President's Scholarship - four years, $1,000 per year
High Honor Scholarship - two years, $1,000 per year
Freshmen Honor Scholarship - numerous freshmen year-only awards ranging from $400 to $1500. Many are awarded to students on the basis of their intended major or other criteria.

Apply for admission to UW-Superior.
Complete and return the Foundation scholarship application to the Admissions Office.
Arrange for two or more recommendations to be sent on your behalf by teachers, school administrators, supervisors, or employers.
Scholarships will be awarded on an ongoing basis beginning October 30.
Scholarship recipients will be informed of their award on or before April 30th.
Scholarship recipients must enroll as full-time students (12 or more credits per semester).
Scholarship recipients will receive awards in two installments, each at the start of each semester.
