Students often tell us that UW-Superior is the kind of place where professors know you by name -- not a number -- when you're in their class. And they remember you, even months or years after you were enrolled in that class.

That's not unusual here. Our campus is like a small town. It's comfortable. You're not anonymous. You can walk around and see people you know.

Yet, we're diverse enough that you can sit down to dinner with somebody from another city, another state or another country. Students come together here to learn with each other and from each other. They share a sense of community; a feeling of togetherness.
