Welcome to UW-Superior!
As you look for a transfer institution, consider what UW-Superior can offer you:
- The quality and challenge of a liberal arts education. We provide a learning environment that teaches you to analyze, to question and to learn throughout your life. Our programs emphasize active learning through research, internships, team projects and capstone courses.
- Personal attention. Our faculty is dedicated to teaching, so you work with professors who take time to learn your name and offer extra help. Our enrollment of 2,800 means you find small classes and many opportunities to get involved in campus activites.
- The best of both worlds. Superior is part of a metro area that includes 15,000 college students and plenty of jobs, internships and fun. Yet our campus is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Lake Superior and all the recreational opportunities of Wisconsin's northern forests.
We will work with you to transfer as many of your credits as possible from other universities, University of Wisconsin Colleges, community or tribal colleges, technical colleges, military programs or any other institutions. See our list of credit transfer agreements with other schools. Military or Work Experience
Credit may be awarded for military experience or military school
training. Depending on the branch of the military, students are
requested to supply their military services transcript to the transfer
coordinator in the Admissions office to have the credit recommended by
the American Council on Education be given for training to the student
record.
To request your military transcript, go to the appropriate site:
