Ray D. McGettigan

Outstanding athlete, educator, administrator, and civic citizen

Ray McGettigan was captain of the 1929 state championship football team, earning letters from 1927 to 1929 and gold footballs in 1928 and 1929. He went to a career as a school principal and remained a strong backer of community and UW-Superior athletics.
