Bookstore Return Policy-Textbooks

- You must have a receipt to do a return.
- New books must still be in new condition.
- New books that are packaged with plastic must still be in plastic.
- Packaged new books that are opened or damaged will be refunded only with the permission of the bookstore manager and will only receive the used book price.
- Full refunds are given only with the sales receipt within the first two weeks from the start of the class.
- Summer, JTerm, and Maymester returns will only be done within the first week of class.
- Refund dates and times are posted in the bookstore.
- Purchases made by credit card will be refunded onto the same credit card. We do not give cash refunds on credit card purchases.
- When books are purchased during the semester, they must be returned within 24 hours of the purchase date on the receipt.

Book Buyback

- Buyback times are posted at the bookstore and around campus.
- Buybacks are always done during finals week of December and May, and the last week of the summer session in August.
- Bring books to the buyback window during posted hours.
- Books that are being bought by the Bookstore are bought at half the new price, regardless of whether or not it was bought new or used.
