The goal of purchasing is to procure the proper product at a reasonable price and have this product delivered in a satisfactory manner. Our constituencies include: Students, faculty and staff; Wisconsin taxpayers; Legislators; Vendors and the UW-System administrators. We follow rules which are promulgated by the Wisconsin Legislature, Department of Administration, UW-System, UW-Superior and the Federal Department of Commerce.
