Non-Contract Purchases: $5,000-$25,000
When there is no mandatory State or agency contract, purchases in this price range must go through a simplified bid process. Quotes must be requested from at least three different vendors. The order shall be awarded to the vendor with the lowest quote. A purchase requisition must be completed and forwarded to the Purchasing Office, Main 206, with all three quotes attached. The order will then be processed on an official State purchase order.
Academic Services Support Agreements
ASSA's are used to contract for services in support of the University of Wisconsin's instruction, research, and public service mission.The following agreement must be completed for instructional services.
