Early Advisement Spring Semester 2009
Currently enrolled student dates are November 17 - 26, 2008, for spring semester advisement and registration
New Transfer student early advisement dates are November 24 - December 5, 2008.
Web registration Fall Semester begins November 17 at 6:00 a.m. and ends January 19, 2009 at midnight.
Walk-on registration at the Registrar’s Office begins November 18. Registration hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Students registering at the Registrar’s Office are required to submit a signed Course Request form. Go to http://www.uwsuper.edu/registrar/ and under forms, click the Course Request Form option to print a copy of this form.
Class Schedule: View the Spring Semester 2009 class schedule on-line at http://www.uwsuper.edu/wb/registrar/ClassSchedule/Spring2008/ You may also view the general education class schedule (general education course name, day and time by general education category) by using the same link above and clicking on the general education class schedule.
Math and English Placement Tests: New and currently enrolled students who need to take a placement test should be directed to the Student Support Services Office, Main 135 or call 715 394-8019.
Enrollment Appointments: Enrollment appointments should be populated in student advisor E-Hive accounts by November 5. If you have difficulty viewing your advisee enrollment appointments and/or pin numbers, contact McCauley at Ext. 8515 so a service ticket can be submitted.
Pin Numbers will not be released by the Center Office without written (email or handwritten note from the advisor/department chair) or verbal approval via phone directly from the advisor/department chair to a Center Office staff member. Students sent to the Center Office without a written OK will be sent back to their advisor to obtain written approval.
Appointment Sheets: Click this link to download a copy of the appointment sheet to print from your computer. The appointment sheet is in a PDF format and prints on 8 ½ x 11 paper. Please post appointment sheets near your office door by November 10.
