Positions you will be focusing on recruiting at the Head of the Lakes Job Fair on February 13^th:  

Target Stores will be on campus recruiting for the Executive Team Leader and Executive
Team Leader-Intern position.  This position is in essence an assistant store manager role.  As an ETL you have control of the day to day operations of a multimillion dollar business and are responsible for the development and cultivation of a team of up to 400 team members.  Also as an ETL you will have 4-6 department supervisors reporting directly to
you.  With all of this responsibility comes a higher than average pay check. ;-)
