Category 8: Elective Courses (9 credits in ENGL courses; 6 credits must be at the 300 level or above (Note: ENGED courses do not count toward the liberal arts English major.)

English - Secondary Education Student Learning Outcomes

English - Secondary Education Requirements

The English Secondary Education major contains a concentration in English literature. Students completing the English Secondary Education major and university requirements for EA-A teacher certification will be eligible for a Wisconsin teaching license in Broad Field Language Arts (or Teaching Level Early Adolescence-Adolescence (EA-A), License #301.
