The University of Wisconsin-Superior Foundation Inc. is a private corporation of university alumni and friends that provides scholarships and other forms of financial assistance to UW-Superior students. These scholarships are administered by a committee independent of the Financial Aid Office. Most Foundation scholarships are administered annually in the spring and distributed by the beginning of each academic year.
For information about Foundation scholarships, incoming freshmen should contact the Admissions Office. Continuing students obtain and complete an application from their department chair, have a faculty member write a supporting statement, and return the form to the department chair for final review and approval.
