We have a variety of certificate programs available that are high quality and low cost. Below you will find brief descriptions of each certificate program we offer. Geared to nonprofit staff, board members and volunteers, this 48 hour program (9 workshops) is focused on fundraising and fund development.
Health Care and the Mature Adult
Designed for the X and Y generations, this program focuses on preparation for the health and social service care of existing and emerging older adults.
This certificate program provides 48 hours of training to individuals who wish to gain a general overview of the basic aspects of human resource management.
Completion of the core courses will satisfy Minnesota Rule 114 facilitative mediation roster requirements for civil (30 hours) or family law (40 hours), and offers valuable interpersonal skill-building.
Learn about all of the aspects of managing a nonprofit including financial management, board governance, and human resources. Approximately 14-16 workshops (100 hours).
This 30 credit certificate provides training in foundational and substantive legal topics, with emphasis on both knowledge and practical skills for those who are considering legal careers.
Select from two certificates that help employees in existing green jobs improve their skills or displaced workers transition to jobs in emerging green industries.
This online noncredit certificate program provides Certification in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) through the American Society of Transportation and Logistics (AST&L).
Conflict Resolution for Supervisors: Essential Elements
This mini-certificate comprised of three one-day workshops will equip those with supervisory responsibility with the crucial skills needed to deal effectively with conflict in the workplace.
Certificate in Ethical Leadership
This new three credit certificate, comprised of three individual one credit courses that can be completed in one semester, emphasizes ethically-grounded leadership skills.
