About the Program

Mediation is an informal process in which a neutral, trained, third-party helps groups or people who are in conflict to find a "middle ground" in which they may work together to find solutions upon which both parties can agree.  We are emphasizing our Mediation/Conflict Resolution programs because the skills you will acquire are incredibly valuable, not just in professional settings, but in your personal life as well.
