Continuing Education will be offering Conflict Resolution for Supervisors noncredit workshops in September, October, and November.  Each of the three workshops are part of a new mini-certificate program, Conflict Resolution for Supervisors: Essential Elements.  These three full day workshops are aimed at teaching supervisors the essential skills necessary to effectively prevent and respond to conflict within the workplace.  Workshops can be taken individually or all three can be taken to receive the certificate.
