This course will examine the impact of domestic abuse questions on the mediation process, identify key factors in mediation related to cultural diversity and other advanced practice challenges of mediation. Fulfills the Minnesota Rule 114 requirements for 6 hours of domestic abuse training and Wisconsin Chapter 767 requirements. This course is relevant to mediators, lawyers, social service providers, counselors, social workers, educators, and human resource personnel.
