Lower level conflicts can be nipped in the bud with this effective intervention tool.  This workshop is a hands-on, skill based course that equips the learner with a tangible process to assist staff in conflict.

This is the final workshop in a series of three for a certificate in Conflict Resolution for Supervisors: Essential Elements.  It is not required to attend all three workshops, but a certificate is awarded when all three workshops are taken and completed.

Each of these workshops will provide participants who function in supervisory roles with the skills and knowledge to deal effectively with workplace conflict.  Together, they provide a comprehensive basis for a platform of competencies in this crucial area.
