The course will examine Minnesota rule 114 rules, relevant court rules, the Civil Mediation Act, The Uniform Mediation Act, Wisconsin Chapter 767 and various codes of ethics for mediation and conflict resolution practice. Ethical dilemmas will be presented and explored.  The course will also include a segment on developing your mediation practice.
