This course explores the theory, skills and practice of meditation and third-party facilitation in family law dispute resolution (divorce, child custody, etc).  This course is ideal for people working in the fields of social services, social work and psychology, as well as others who regularly deal with family law matters.  Fulfills Rule 114 and Chapter 767 requirements when combined with LSTU 472.
