Continuing Education is now offering a Mini-Certificate in Conflict Resolution for Supervisors: Essential Elements.  This new noncredit mini-certificate program is comprised of three full day workshops aimed at teaching supervisors the essential skills necessary to effectively prevent and respond to conflict within the workplace.

Workshops can be taken individually or all three can be taken to receive the certificate.  Details on the new program can be viewed on the Conflict Resolution for Supervisors: Essential Elements webpage.
