But now that you have a Facebook page, a LinkedIn profile, or a Twitter account, how do you know anyone is actually listening? Are you actually engaging your audience? Attend this session to learn how to use social media effectively, even when time and resources are limited.
Participants will learn to:
  • Track who is engaging with your social media sites and what they are doing.
  • Fine tune your social media identity to reach your intended audience.
  • Create goals that tie your social media strategy to your organization's mission.
