Strategic Planning: Setting the Course for a Successful Future 

A review of the major trends; the implications of change and trends, and their impact on nonprofits and a profile of a successful nonprofit organization in the coming years; the nature and role of strategic planning; and how to develop strategic goals and objectives, preparing an organization for planning, and the role of the board.  

This is a core course in the Nonprofit Administration Certificate Program.  This is a required workshop in the Nonprofit Administration Certificate Program.
