Workshop Details

Participants in this will examine and experience various models for general music education at the middle school and high school level from comprehensive discipline-based beginner music student-level models that address all national and state standards areas of music study to comprehensive interdisciplinary music appreciation models that include embedded composition assignments for the non experienced music student. Also included, select areas of music teaching in song writing and social instrument playing (guitars and ukuleles) and composing with and without technology.
