Workshop Details

Studies in philosophical, psychological and educational theories as applied to music education and current trends based on recent brain research. Acquire understandings in current "buzzwords" and state and national initiatives including standards-based teaching and learning. This workshop includes group and individual work in curriculum and lesson planning, ways to evaluate and assess students' work and ways to design rubrics and other assessment tools.
