Leadership LogoThe Superior/Douglas County Leadership Program helps participants broaden their knowledge of the community, develops networks among existing and future leaders, and cultivates skills needed to participate in meeting the challenges faced by the community.

Participants develop networks with local leaders and community professionals.  They have the opportunity to actively participate in the community and develop leadership skills which will be used in many different organizational contexts.

Business and organizations that sponsor participants gain employees who have a deeper understanding of challenges faced by the community as well as available opportunities. Participants receive training in topics relevant to local businesses, organizations, and the community.

The community gains leaders who have developed a heightened sense of civic concern, responsibility, and involvement.
