  2. Is the professional prepared to deal with physical and mental changes associated with aging or issues that may arise?  
  3. How will the professional collect the information and how much time will it take?  
  4. What is the format of the final product and how will it be preserved for the future?  
  5. Will they professional provide samples of work?  
  6. Will the professionals provide references?  
  7. How much will it cost?
