Spring 2015 Enhancement Day

Track One Program Schedule:
Getting the Work Started: UW-Superior Academic Programs  Working Session on Critical Future Directions 

Track I are activities for academic programs related to their specific responsibilities and expectations relative to the strategic plan. Outlook invites have been sent to all academic program faculty and renewable teaching academic staff for Track I participation. Track 1 will be held in the YU Great Room from 8:45 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., including complimentary lunch. 


Track Two Program Schedule:
Relevant Development to Support your Key Work at UW-Superior 

Track II activities are open to all classified, academic staff, administrators, and supervisors. Track II offers a  variety of professional development options that involve either customized  trainings per request (such as Effective Performance Reviews, Using WISDM Effectively, and Classified Staff UPS conversation) or quality training  sessions from Lynda.com and Midwest EAP that can enhance staff skills, knowledge, and abilities. All Track II sessions will be held on 2nd Floor Swenson Hall. Hot coffee, tea and snacks will be available for participants from 8:15 a.m. until 3:45 p.m.

                              with Panel Discussions 
                              by UW-Superior Continuous Improvement Planning Team (CIPT)

11:45 - 1:00 p.m.   General Education Grandstand Event:  
                              Effective Teaching and Learning
                              featuring Dr. Joel Sipress, Professor of History
                              in the Department of Social Inquiry

1:15 - 4:00 p.m.     Mock HLC Visit Exercises.
