Spring Registration Starts November 5; Drop Classes by November 8

Spring Registration Starts November 5

Spring registration beings on Monday, November 5. If you haven't connected with your advisor yet about your spring courses, it's time!

Log in to your e-Hive for the specific date and time of your "enrollment appointment." You can enroll any time after that, as long as you've connected with your advisor, and there is no additional "hold" on your account.

Drop Classes by November 8

The deadline for dropping fall classes without petitioning is 4:30 p.m. Thursday, November 8. Until then, you just need a Drop/Add form from the DLC Forms page, and a $20 late-drop fee per form.

After November 8, there is no guarantee that you will be able to drop a course. In very extenuating circumstances (with documentation), students can submit both a Drop/Add form and a petition with the $20 late-drop fee. Only petitions with compelling reasons will be considered for approval of drops requested after the November 8 deadline.

National Distance Learning Week

November 5 -  9 is National Distance Learning Week, which is sponsored by the U.S. Distance Learning Association. In honor of the occasion, we will be recognizing our DL instructors who have provided five or more years of service.

As a distance learning student, you are part of a growing national and international trend!

It's Not Too Soon to "Think Summer"!

UW-Superior has committed to making the summer course schedule available earlier in the school year. Accordingly, the Summer 2013 course schedule is already posted, for your planning convenience.

Summer registration will begin on Monday of the first full week of April. In 2013, that will be April 1 - April Fool's Day.

No fooling!
