Free Online Math Course Available

Need some math practice?  Here's the UW-La Crosse MathMOOC. You've heard about MOOCs; these Massive Open Online Courses give you access to online learning at no charge (and usually not for credit).  This spring, UW-La Crosse is offering a Math MOOC that may be just the thing to prepare you for the Wisconsin Math Placement Test or your next online math course. The course is designed to provide math learning at the equivalent level of UW-Superior's Math 095.  You will join  more than 300 other learners (so far) in an ungraded, noncredit learning environment.  Support in the process is available through your access to Tutor.com, if you need it. It's Not Too Soon to "Think Summer"!

UW-Superior has committed to making the summer course schedule available earlier in the school year. Accordingly, the Summer 2013 course schedule is already posted, for your planning convenience.  Summer registration will begin on Monday of the first full week of April. In 2013, that will be April 1 - April Fool's Day.  No fooling!
