February 17: Last day to drop and receive a partial (50%) refund. (After this, there is no refund). Requires a Drop/Add form and a $20 late-drop fee, which can be paid later. A grade of "W" (withdraw) will appear on your transcript.
April 4: Last day to drop without petitioning. Requires a Drop/Add form and a $20 late-dropfee, which can be paid later. A grade of "W" (withdraw) will appear on your transcript.
April 5 and later: From April 5 to the end of the term, you should expect to receive the grade you earned in the class. In very extenuating circumstances (with documentation), you can submit a Drop/Add form and a petition, plus a $20 late-drop fee. Only petitions with compelling reasons will be considered for approval of such late drops.
April 7: Registration opens for summer and fall. Check in with your advisor, and enroll early for the best selection of classes.
March 1: Last day to apply for December 2014 graduation. Apply in your E-Hive Student Center. (You can pay the $50 application fee later).
May 12 - 16: Finals Week.
May 17: Spring Commencement!
May 20: Summer Preview Week begins.
May 27: Summer Session begins.

You can get unofficial transcripts from your E-Hive Student Center, and official transcripts (printed on paper) from the Registrar's Office. In addition, you can now order electronic transcripts online, via self-service, through the National Student Clearinghouse.

The Scholarships page has been updated. You'll see each of our scholarships, and their deadlines, which fall between Feb. 28 and March 31. Each scholarship has its own application deadline, and each one goes to a different email address.
The Communicating Arts Scholarship has no link. Instead, Communicating Arts majors will soon receive an email with details directly from Scott Smith.
Checkpoint Challenge ends Weds., Feb. 19. Complete the challenge before midnight on Feb. 19 and you'll be eligible to win an iPad. A previous, similar challenge drawing was won by a distance learning student! This event is sponsored by Thrivent Financial. Good luck!
