  • To view Final Grade rosters from a previous term, click the Change Term button
  • Mid-Term grades are not retained from previous terms and are deleted before Final Grade rosters are generated

Entering Mid-Term Grades:

Mid-term grade rosters are only generated for classes with catalog numbers from 090 - 299.  Mid-term grade rosters are informational only and are not saved to the permanent student record in the PeopleSoft system.  This means that faculty cannot review rosters from previous terms.

To Enter Mid-Term Grades:

  1. Click the GRADE ROSTER icon located next to the class you wish to grade. The icon will only be displayed for classes with catalog numbers from 090 - 299.
  2. If you do not have any "D" or "F" grades to report, change the "Approval Status" field at the top of the roster to "Ready for Review" so that we know that you have reviewed the roster for that class.
  3. If you have "D" or "F" grades to report. Use the TAB key on your keyboard to move to each student who will be assigned a D or lower grade.
  4. When you have recorded all of the D or lower grades, change the "Approval Status" field at the top of the roster to "Ready for Review" and then click the SAVE button
