The following step-by-step instructions describe the process to follow if you forget your password or need to unlock your account.
- Open a browser, such as Internet explorer or Netscape Navigator, and in the url address field go to the UW-Superior Home page at www.uwsuper.edu.
- In the bottom right hand corner of the page click the My E-Hive logo to access the My E-Hive login page.

- Click on the "Click Here" link under the "Forgot your Password..." in the Portal Sign-In pagelet. (see image)
- Enter all of the information on the Lost Password/Account Assistance form. All the information you enter must match what is in our official records so if your name is Jim but your name for records purposes is James, be sure to enter your legal name. (see image)
- Click the Submit Form button. Follow the instructions on the next page that is displayed. If you are unable to reset your password, contact the technology help-desk locally at 394-8300 or toll free at 1-800-806-2890.
Remember when you change your password in theE-Hive, all other campus passwords are changed at the same time including email, network login and your Learn@Uw-Superior account.
