The Student Center is where you will manage your academic career.  The Links on this page direct you to the individual help pages.  To get to the Student Center:

• Sign into the E-Hive Portal.
• This will take you to a page called My E-Hive Home.
• On this page there is a box labeled My Student Center with links to My Student Center and Stdnt Info Syllabus Attachment.(see image)
• Click on the My Student Center link.

Once you reach the Student Center the functions are divided into collapsible boxes. Click on the green triangles to expand or collapse the boxes. When collapsed only the blue title bar will be visible. (see image)

The 4 main sections of the Student Center are:

• Academics
• Finances
• Personal Information
• Miscellaneous Topics: a column of collapsible topic boxes on the right hand side of the screen.

Academics (see image)

The Academics menu contains subsections for Enrollment, Academic History, and a drop down menu of other academic topics.

The things you can do in the Academics menu are:

Enrollment

• My Class Schedule (view your current and future classes)
• Wish List (begin organizing classes you want to take)
• Add a Class
• Drop a Class
• Enter Registration PIN (you cannot enroll in classes without this)

Academic History

• Grades (view grades and GPA)
• Degree Progress (see what you need to complete a degree)
• Apply for Graduation (only availableduring graduation term)
• Change Graduation Term

• Unofficial Transcript

Finances (see image)

The things you can do in the Finances menu are:

• View Bill
• View Financial Aid
• Accept/Decline Financial Aid awards
• Financial Aid Award Letter
• Account Activity

Personal Information (see image)

The Personal Information section of the Student Center allows you to update personal information such as:

• Emergency Contact
• Addresses
• Phone Numbers

Miscellaneous Topics (see image)

On the right hand side of the screen in the student center is a column of blue, single topic boxes. These topics are:

• Holds
• To Do List
• Enrollment Dates
• Advisor
• Class Schedule Links
• Financial Aid Links
