Need help adjusting your chair or workstation for comfort?  Contact Environmental Health and Safety, ext. 8073 for assistance. 

The UW Superior Environmental Health and Safety Office has many resources to help employees prevent repetitive strain injuries and musculoskeletal disorders, including:

  • A variety of ergonomic task chairs that can be checked out for two week trial in the employees office
  • A display of various types of keyboard arms and trays 
  • A sit-stand workstation
  • Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Guides for adjusting common task chairs on campus
  • A variety of small ergonomic aids that can be checked out for trial use, including:
    • Foot rests
    • Chair cushions
    • Paper supports
    • Mice
    • Ergonomic keyboards
