Campus Safety and the Environmental Health and Safety Departments will be conducting our annual fire drills during the week of  Sept. 26-30, 2011, 8 am - 4:30 pm.  

Fire drills are always pre-announced, and notices are posted on the building entry doors the day of the drill in non-residential buildings.  The time of the drill will not be pre-announced, but every attempt will be made to minimize inconvenience to classes and activities in session. 

If you have a special event, exam, quiz, speakers, etc scheduled for Sept. 26-30, 8 am - 4:30 pm, we will attempt to schedule the drills around your event if you notify Carol Lindberg before 4 pm Wednesday, September 21. After 4 pm, Sept. 21, the fire drill schedule will be set and we will not be able to make last minute changes.    Please send a brief email to Carol Lindberg (clindber@uwsuper.edu) describing:

1. Type of conflict (Example:  quiz, special speaker, etc)
2. Time:  start and end time please. (Example:  9:00 - 9:50 am)
3. Date                                           
4. Building:
