........is to maintain an excellent learning environment by continuously improving the campus facilities through constant review of our physical plant systems and input by end users of our services. Our end users include not only the University but also the City of Superior, WITC, and the Greater Chamber of Commerce to name a few. The Office of Facilities Management is composed of electricians, mechanics, custodians, HVAC technicians, groundskeepers, an engineer, plumbers, program assistants, and power plant operators. This group is capable and committed in providing a wide range of services necessary to keep the University of Wisconsin-Superior campus operating in a safe and efficient manner.
