Who We Are

Facilities Management is comprised of the Director, Buildings and Grounds supervisor, Engineering specialist/project manager, Custodial supervisor, office associates, carpenter, custodians, electrician, facility repair workers, groundskeepers, inventory control coordinator, locksmith, mail clerk, maintenance mechanics,painter, plumber and power plant operators. This is a capable and committed group providing a wide range of services necessary to keeping the campus operating in a safe and efficient manner.

Our Mission

Is to maintain an excellent learning environment by continually improving the campus facilities through constant review of our physical plant systems and input of end users of our services. Our end users include not only the university but also the city of Superior, WITC ,Chamber of Commerce and others.
