BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS DEPARTMENT
The Department of Buildings and Grounds is a very broad department made up of maintenance and construction services, grounds, and custodial services. As Superintendent of Buildings and Grounds, Tom Fennessey is responsible for supervising the development and implementation of procedures and the direction of a complete GPR buildings and preventative maintenance program. This consists of directing the work of craft workers, locksmith, facility repair workers, maintenance mechanics, and LTEs.
