This project constructed a new 95,200 ASF/147,100 GSF academic building and will add 2,000 ASF/2,500 GSF in instructional greenhouse space to the Barstow Science Building.  Of this space, 20,600 ASF is replacement space for Sundquist Hall and 38,400 ASF is replacing space for McCaskill Hall.

Swenson Hall was completed in June 2011 and staff and faculty are settled in their new offices.

The new greenhouse was completed in May 2013 and the plants are in residence in their modern new greenhouse.

Both McCaskill and the old greenhouse have been demolished and the sites are being restored.
