The custodial department is overseen by supervisor Mike Kapalin. His office is in room 4 of Erlanson Hall, he can be reached at extension 8589 during regular business hours.                                                                                                                                                The custodial service department is responsible for the cleanliness and day to day appearance of all interior spaces on campus.  Each custodian is usually assigned to a specific building, the exceptions to this are the lead custodian and night roamer positions.  They help out in all areas that need special attention and perform chores such as carpet shampooing and floor refinishing that would be disruptive during business hours. They also fill in for absent custodial staff and insure coverage for weekend and special events.  The custodial office phone extension is 8178, messages can be left regarding any cleaning concerns. For more immediate answers or emergency cleanups please call the Facilities main office extension 8120 during regular business hours or Campus Safety after business hours at extension 8114.
