The application is available in the financial aid office, Old Main 110, or on our website at http://www.uwsuper.edu/finaid/forms/.

For us to determine your financial aid eligibility for 2012 Summer College, you must be degree seeking, enrolled at least half-time (undergraduate at least 6 credits for aid types other than the Pell grant or 4.5 graduate credits), and have filed the 2011-2012 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) that lists UW-Superior's school code information.

Please return your completed application to the financial aid office in Old Main 110.  You must submit your Summer 2012 Financial Aid Application by our deadline of May 18, 2012.  Applications received after this date will NOT be processed.
