FinnFest USA '92 scholarships are for junior, senior, or graduate-level students. They must be full-time students at UMD in good academic standing. Students may transfer from any institution of higher learning. Preference will be given to students of Finnish heritage and students from NE Minnesota or NW Wisconsin.
